Certain clinical techniques such as needle threading, or needling into certain parts of the body, require longer length needles. 

These needle are similar to the CT1 aluminum alloy, wire-wound loop handle needle on extra long shafts of 4” (100mm) and 5” (125mm) in length. Each needle is housed in an aluminum back sheet of ten with each needle held in its own separate bubble. The needle is released by pressing the handle against the aluminum backing and pushing it through. These needles are packaged without guide tubes.
