They feature a non-tarnishing, specially formulated pipe-shaped aluminum alloy handle, a consistently sharp needle tip profile, and the extra spring-like, high tensile needle body made of hypoallergenic US vacuum-forged surgical steel. These needles are packaged with one guide tube per needle.

The needles are retained in the blister packaging by a little rubber stopper. The practitioner simply pinches both the handle and the needle to remove both from the packaging, then simply places the tube over the acupoint and taps to insert.
